Our service

House Drafting USA provides drafting services. We are not an architecture or engineering firm. Your quote and signed agreement set the scope, price and timeline for each project.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us. You or your contractor must verify all dimensions and site conditions before construction.

Permits and stamps

We do not guarantee permit approval. Stamps, surveys, soil reports, permit fees and site visits are not included unless your agreement says so.
